The Biographer Wiki

Everyone deserves their own Wikipedia page. Unfortunately, Wikipedia says that only people who are “notable” can have one.

I think that is BS. Everyone is notable. Everyone has stories, a life they’re living, people they’ve touched, things they’ve done. It’s crazy that the rest of the world is relegated to LinkedIn or Facebook or Instagram. Those don’t show the uniqueness of our lives.

One of the early ideas we had with Biographer is that everyone's life is made up of stories and experiences that are interconnected to the broader world. Over time, we want to create an interactive tapestry that reflects this.

So today we are shipping a new feature as the first step: Biographer Wiki. It populates as you share your life stories. Unlike typical Wikipedia, no one else can edit it. Instead, your page grows as you talk about your life, and the sources we cite in its creation are the stories and conversations you’ve shared with Biographer.

It’s totally private, and if you want to later on, you’ll be able to make it public. Only if you want to.

Watch it grow as you continue to talk to Biographer. Watch it fill up with pictures from your life as you and your family members and friends add them to your photo album.

Everyone is notable - that’s why we are making the Biographer Wiki.
